Renewable Energy Integration in Angola's National Grid: Technical Constraints and Solutions

Angola has committed to 70% renewable electricity generation by 2050, yet significant technical barriers to integration remain. This paper analyses the current state of Angola's national grid, identifies the primary technical constraints to large-scale solar and wind integration, and proposes a phased integration roadmap with associated investment requirements and regulatory changes needed.
