Angola's Regulatory Framework for LNG Exports: Current Status and Reform Agenda

Angola LNG represents the country's largest LNG facility and a critical revenue stream. This paper examines the existing regulatory framework governing LNG export operations, identifies ambiguities and gaps in current legislation, and proposes a reform agenda aligned with international best practices. The paper also addresses the implications of Angola's OPEC membership for LNG export policy.
