Maria João is a leading voice on local content policy and labour market development in Angola's extractive sector. Her research informs government and operator policy on Angolanization and skills development.

Dr. Luvualu brings extensive experience in Angola's diamond and industrial minerals sector. As a board member at Endiama, he oversees corporate governance and strategic direction for Angola's national diamond company.

Dr. Neves advises the Angolan government on climate adaptation and energy transition policy. She represents Angola in international climate negotiations and brings a sustainability lens to PetroNauka's strategic direction.

Ricardo leads digital infrastructure development at AngoCommunications. He brings expertise in building scalable technology platforms for emerging markets and advises PetroNauka on digital strategy and platform governance.

Dr. Cardoso provides legal and regulatory expertise to the board, drawing on his extensive experience advising on LNG contracts, PSA negotiations, and the Angolan regulatory framework for the extractive sector.
